Y6 Trips and Visitors
Kings Heath Boys School
Year 6 boys were given the chance to experience life as secondary school students, during visits to Kings Heath High School. The children really enjoyed their time there as they got to do some Science, PE and woodwork. Below are some of the children in action.
Below, you can see some of the trips and visitors that the children had in Year 5. They have many more adventures to look forward to in Year 6.
Year 5 were lucky enough to have an amazing street dance workshop on 10th May 2019. It was a delight to see the children so engaged with the activity. It was clear that they loved it. Our wonderful instructor was very complimentary and said that she couldn't believe how quickly the children picked up the tricky steps. Below are a few pictures of the children in action:
War Horse at Birmingham
Hippodrome and Page to
On 11th October 2018, we were fortunate enough to see War Horse performed live on stage at Birmingham Hippodrome.
The children loved every minute and were truly mesmerised by the spectacular stage show.
Shortly after, on 17th October, we were invited back to the Hippodrome to go behind the magic and see how the wonderful show is created. This included being given the chance to see Joey (the war horse) in his full glory on stage and gave us an insight into how the incredibly talented puppeteers bring him to life. Below are some pictures from the event:
